Azzurra Sport information: what to know about online shopping

Internet shopping allows returns, refunds and exchanges and not everyone is aware of this. Azzurra Sport gives the possibility to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. If the size chosen is not the right one, or if the garment purchased is not right for your body, in short, no problem: you can make an exchange or return the product. Furthermore, it is important to know that we at Azzurra Sport will deliver directly to your home in Italy within 1/2 business days, or abroad within 2/4 business days from the time of your order. You shop from home and, in a very short time, what you ordered will be delivered directly to the address you issued during registration.

How long will it take to get my order?


Azzurra Sport will deliver your order to the courier within 1 business day. The courier will usually deliver within 2-3 business days


Which courier will make the delivery?


Azzurra Sport ships with Bartolini and GLS.


What is the cost of shipping?


Shipping in Italy is €6 for orders under €70, while it is free of charge for orders over €70. For international shipping consult the table in the shipping section


Can you track the package or ask for delivery times?


Once the order has been processed, you will be contacted by the courier, with the e-mail used for the purchase, for information about the delivery. If you have specific questions about your order, you can send us an email to [email protected].


Returns, refunds and exchanges:


I received the product but I want to return it. Is it possible? How do I request it? How long can I request a return?


You can request to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order by sending an email to [email protected]. If the product is flawed, describe the defect. You will be answered with authorization to ship the material. The product will be examined (must be intact to make the return possible) and refunded or replaced within 4 days after receipt.

I made the return, how and when will the refund be made?


After receiving the return, we will refund the cost of the order together with any shipping costs of the items within four working days of the shipment of the goods by the buyer.


Is it possible to request a change of size if the one ordered did not fit?


Certainly, the procedure is the same as returning items. Exception to the rule: the first change of size and/or color is free in Italy! In addition, upon receipt of the email, we will immediately set aside the new size requested. Find the complete procedure in questa pagina.

Orders


How do I make an order on the website?


Proceed with the selection of the item, selecting color and size and then click on "Add to cart". You can find your shopping cart at the top right of the page and you can continue shopping by adding more items.

When you want to proceed with the payment just click on the top right button with the shopping bag and click on "Go to Checkout".

Once you have entered the shipping address you can also choose the shipping method.

Click on the "next" button to go to the page where you can choose the payment method (Credit Cards or PayPal)

You can now enter the discount code if you have one and click on "Apply discount" to update the total order.

Click now on "Place order".

If you have chosen PayPal or Credit Card you will be redirected to the secure form to enter your card details.

You will be sent an email with the order confirmation.


Can I cancel an article from my order or cancel everything?


Certainly: send an email with request for cancellation or change of order to [email protected] .


I have a personal fidelity card of the Azzurra Sport shops, is it possible to take advantage of the discounts also by buying on the site?


Unfortunately, this is not yet possible at the moment.

I have bought a gift card in one of the shops, is it possible to use it for online purchases?


Yes, you can use it on the website, for this you must send an e-mail to: [email protected] specifying the barcode number, the amount and the name of the customer who made the purchase, within 24 hours you will be given a code to use online.
