SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping will take place within 24 working hours, excluding Saturdays, from the date of purchase (for orders placed by bank transfer, to speed up the shipment, it is advisable for the customer to send a copy of the receipt to the e-mail [email protected]. The shipment will be made as soon as the transfer is approved by the credit institution, then the package will be handed over to the courier with about a 48-hour delay, corresponding to the technical time for transferring currency.), Azzurra Sport Spa is not responsible for any problems with the shipping address (for example incorrect or missing information).

All products listed on this site, unless otherwise specified, are available in our warehouse.

In the event that the ordered goods are no longer available for particular reasons, we will contact the buyer (by e-mail, telephone, mobile phone) communicating the possible delay in shipment or the unavailability of the chosen product.

At that point, the buyer can decide whether to continue and complete the purchase, or to request a full refund of the expenses incurred (Payment by Credit Card, Paypal).

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed by normal shipping will be delivered by courier within 2-10 working days, depending on the country of destination.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal office hours, excluding holidays. We suggest indicating a shipping address where someone is always present.

Orders are usually delivered by courier within 4-8 business days. Orders made from islands may be slightly delayed.

FAST ORDERS AND FAST DELIVERIES

Our company is committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible (48 working hours from the date of purchase), except for holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter, 1 May, 1 November and if there are problems with the shipping address indicated (incorrect or incomplete information). In the event that the first delivery fails, the courier will make a second attempt; if this is also unsuccessful, the goods will remain in storage at the branch nearest to the place of delivery. Courier fees will be applied after the second working day of storage.
